Summit County is seeking five individuals to serve on the Public Arts Program and Advisory Board. Board Member Roles: 1) attend a monthly Board meeting 1st Tuesday of each month 4:00 to 5:30 pm; 2) 5 hours per month of volunteer work including: a) project implementation, b) identification of funding sources, c) public outreach, d) project selection, e) artist selection, and f) partnership development with community members and groups; 3) understand and implement the public art policy and strategic plan; 4) represent public art projects in the community and represent the community interests to the board. To qualify, you must be a resident of Summit County and must not be a Summit County employee.
